The training program is meant for a variety of people from first time racers to experienced racers looking for a community. The training program is setup in a way to ensure your success in your next race while making sure it is convenient and accessible for all of our racers. Our training program has a 100% success rate!
The Deep South Triathlon training program is a 16-week training program with workouts designed by USAT licensed coaches. Our workouts are downloaded straight to your phone for your convenience! We host weekly group workouts twice a week. We have a group swim on Monday mornings and a group ride and run on Saturdays. Together we can help you reach the finish line first.
This year’s training program will be brought to you by Mary Robinson! She is a Level 1 USAT Triathlon Coach and has been participating in triathlons for over 14 years. She is also a Physical Therapist, board certified orthopedic specialist and enjoys working with endurance athletes in Longmont, Colorado. She has finished multiple half and full distance triathlons but most notable is the Ironman World Championships in Kona and she was our overall female winner for DST in 2019!
